Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

That covers goods that were damaged upon arrival, wrongly sent to you, or you simply changed your mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We provide a 1-year manufacturing warranty on all products. We will cover any product for one (1) year after the initial purchase to cover any manufacturing malfunction.

Return Process
Please contact us at support@kegelhard.com to start a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label by email. Place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return using the prepair return label provided to you by email.

Return shipping charges are paid by us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
