We do not ship to Ireland or Germany.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

ShipHero works with a variety of shipping partners including, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. You will receive a tracking link with your order.

Please allow us a full business day to handle and process your order.

Free Shipping
We offer free two-day USA; standard international shipping on all eKegel orders. However, we do charge $12.94 domestically and $16.94 internationally for replacement pads only orders. However, we offer free shipping if the pads are purchased with an eKegel.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping, except to Ireland and Germany.

Please note that international shipments are sent DDU "Delivery Duty Unpaid". DDU means that you might get contacted by customs once the shipment arrives to settle any customs charges in order to release the shipment. As such, you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. 

Also, shipments may be delayed depending on how fast customs process the package. They may reach out to you for more information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
