There are no other similar devices on the market.

Kegel exercises for men have been proven in numerous clinical studies to cure erectile dysfunction and improve ejaculatory control. Incontinence issues benefit greatly from kegel exercises as well. That's why the eKegel is also great for post prostatectomy therapy.

Plus the eKegel can be used for a lifetime of tune-ups after the initial 2-months strengthening program. Nothing works better over time and it is all natural.

Try it now! You can always return it for a full refund if you don't experience any improvement within the first few weeks.

seems to work

I am only 10 days into my 2 month treatment for incontinence, but I can feel it contracting my pelvic floor muscles. So it seems to work. I have to hold the perineum pad next to my skin with my hands. Maybe because of body hair? Beyond that, no complaints. Important to read the FAQ section of the website for instructions.

I tried the Kegelhard after looking for something to try and help with my leaking and ED after a RP. My leaking is all but gone, and my ED is so much better now, but with the help of a pill which I think won't be forever. This device does work (well for me it did anyway) It took a few weeks to start to really notice the improvement but I am sorted now. Might try the MK2 model now :) Thanks for the awesome customer service!

I used the eKegel 1 last year and it was really a great help for me. I just bought the eKegel 2 and the contraction is definitely deeper. Love it!

In Short....

An erection begins with sensory and mental stimulation. During sexual arousal, nerve messages begin to stimulate the penis. Impulses from the brain and local nerves cause the muscles of the corpora cavernosa to relax, allowing blood to flow in and fill the open spaces. The blood creates pressure in the corpora cavernosa, making the penis expand and erect.

The erection is maintained by contraction of the ischiocavernosus muscle, which compresses the penis against the ischium (the curved bone forming the base of each half of the pelvis), obstructing the blood flow through the dorsal veins.

As such, weak pelvic floor muscles make it hard to get and maintain an erection.

Also, ejaculation is caused by involuntary contractions of the bulbospongiosus muscle. As such, with a weak pelvic floor, you don’t have the necessary muscular control to prevent the involuntary muscle spasms and resulting ejaculation.

In conclusion, weak pelvic floor muscles usually result in both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.

Most of us don’t exercise enough and sit too much. That’s just modern life. However, eventually, pelvic floor muscles weaken, which may cause erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, or incontinence issues. In addition, an anterior pelvic tilt can exacerbate the problem (an anterior pelvic tilt is a forward tilt of the pelvis, resulting in an increased curvature of the lower spine and a protrusion of the abdomen, i.e. the belt buckle is lower than the back of the belt when viewed from the side).

Kegel exercises for men are the most recommended therapy to strengthen pelvic floor muscles in men. In fact, they are the standard course of treatment after a prostatectomy (surgery for the partial or complete removal of the prostate).

They have been proven in numerous studies to be very beneficial for erectile or incontinence troubles. Kegel exercises to last longer can also be used by hobbyists to last longer in bed and increase ejaculatory power for stronger ejaculations.

But manual kegel exercises are tedious, very tedious! That’s why you need the eKegel if you are serious about fixing your problem for good, with your own muscles. No more doctor visits!
